Your sport, training age, injury history, physical strengths and current limitations all shape the process. The goal is never just to work harder, but to build qualities that actually transfer back into performance.

With a background in physiotherapy and strength & conditioning, the approach sits somewhere between coaching and clinical reasoning. Some athletes come in to build strength and athletic capacity in the off season, others are navigating recurring injuries, returning to competition or trying to close the gap between rehab and performance.
