Training is delivered through a structured sheet with detailed exercise demonstrations, coaching notes and clear progressions so you always understand what you’re doing and why. Bi-weekly check ins allow space to adjust training loads, discuss recovery, answer questions and keep the process responsive to how your body is actually feeling week to week.
