“I enjoy working with athletes and driven movers to help them better understand and trust their body again, build physical capacity, and prepare for the real demands of their sport.”
Hi, I’m Phillip.
I’m a physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach working with athletes, grapplers and driven individuals who want to better understand their body and take a more thoughtful approach to performance and rehabilitation.
My work is centred around helping people build physical confidence, move well and prepare for the real demands of sport and everyday life through coaching that is individual, practical and grounded in long term development.
If that approach resonates with you, I’d love to work together and support you through the process.

A 60-minute online or in-person physiotherapy consultation focused on understanding the bigger picture behind your injury, pain or physical limitations and what it takes to get back to the previous performance level and higher.
During the session, I take the time to assess your movement, training background, symptoms and the specific demands of your sport or daily life. Based on that assessment, you’ll receive a personalised rehabilitation plan with targeted exercises, clear guidance and a structured follow-up check-in.

High performance coaching for athletes who want to better understand their body, train with more intention and prepare properly for the demands of their sport.
These sessions combine strength & conditioning, movement work and performance training in a way that’s specific to the individual standing in front of me. Your sport, training age, injury history, physical strengths and current limitations all shape the process. The goal is never just to work harder, but to build qualities that actually transfer back into performance.

Blog
The blog is a space to share ideas, experiences and perspectives that continue to shape the way I work.
I enjoy writing about strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, combat sports, movement and coaching, alongside the lessons that training and competition can teach us far beyond performance itself.
